This is the absolute worst place to take a loved one. My son who is disabled went in for a 15 minute procedure 9 hours later we returned home. I couldn't get a answer about what the problem was (3 people telling me 3 different stories) so I demanded a answer so they sent in the security guards what a laugh. This place should be shut down they are NO GOOD. Go to a vet a vet will treat you like a human and you have a good chance of surviving. If your loved one is disabled stay with them no matter what they say, they are not nice at all. They think by doing all the remolding that it will change their image it won't. You can put a dress on a pig but it's still a pig!! This place is disgusting.
