I had to call the front desk registration.
My son was so mistreated by the front desk female personnel.
My son registered for the basketball league today 11/29/18 and when he was asked a questions that he was unable to answer the front desk staff female decided to become rude and very short with him.
Yes my son after the 3rd barking question return the favor. I still think that if your position is in customer service than that is what you are asked to do. That's what you get paid for.
I called and I made sure that she understood, not my son.
Lastly if you don't respect people then why would your expectations be higher than what you have given?

Suggestion: I hope that my long conversation with her made her mad enough to remember my son and me.
