My husband and I booked this hotel. With the state of emergency in Spain that is locking down the city, we thought they would give us a refund on our hotel. The woman I talked to on the phone not only refused to give us our money back, but was extremely rude and said that I had to think about how hard it was her for to be dealing with during this time, and that it was my fault for booking a non-refundable hotel room, even though I am physically unable to use the hotel due to the state of emergency. They lack of customer service was evident as well as the fact that they do not care about public health or their customers.
