I m a recently divorced mother of two just moved to Durango looking for a place, i felt a small town with supposedly local people who where raised here would understand the income and cost of living in Durango would be, I figured they would focus on us low income people more then just the big money and the half a million dollar to million dollar homes, instead they blow off the low income mobile home income, I guess they forget their home roots and just keep their mind and eyes fixated on the dollar signs, I m glad the rest of durango and the realtor I chose Charles and Mary from Remax where taught that money isn t everything, keeping your people and locals happy will pay off on its own, go to remax the true locals that treat you like a friend and neighbor not a money pig.
