Been meaning to write my review for some time... Brought an old car of mine for a check up... I was expecting to get "hit over the head" with transmission costs.. Instead, I was greeted by Carl and Phil with an honest explanation about the importance of a simple fluid change. They serviced my car, and off I went.... A year later, I sold the car with the tranny in tip top shape..
I've since called and asked for advice on a new purchase, and they always answer in a prompt and courteous manner..
Wish more shops were run like this.
