Zac Benson responded to our no heat call to Genz-Ryan today. He arrived at the end of the day (we were likely his last call). We were really impressed by his patience and professionalism; he answered all our questions and helped us understand how our heating system works. This was really important because we decided to get a new furnace rather than replace a very expensive component in our 14 year old entry level unit. Zac didn t bring up the idea of replacement much less push it. As noted above he took the time to answer all our questions plus answered some we didn t have that turned out to be really important. It was the end of his day and he doesn t work on commission so whether we repaired or replaced made no difference to him. We never had the feeling that he wanted to get going, get this appointment wrapped up. We re very glad Zac responded to our call would recommend him without reservation to anyone. If we need HVAC service in the future we will call Genz-Ryan, and we will ask for Zac Benson. You should too.
