First off, I am a fan of Doubletree. I have been to several of them across the states. The hardest component to franchising is consistency. With that being said, I was shocked at the poor maintenance of room 2360. The ceiling is peeling/chipping, the wallpaper is unraveling, the vent next to the shower head is rusting, the tub is peeling/chipping, the soap dish is just dangling from the wall, and the shower rod is on its last leg. I choose Doubletree for the quality (and the cookies ). You guys dropped the ball here! And please leave the plastic on the coffee cups, no one wants to find dust and hair in them.
