Horrific! Left my grandfather on a shelf for 1 1/2...

Horrific! Left my grandfather on a shelf for 1 1/2 years and told us he was scattered at sea. Called and said 1 1/2 years later to come pick him up!
Then offered us our money back because "we were not satisfied with services!" Can you imagine that? Horrific.
