Solid 4 star rating in line with other reviews. Room was prepared on time, very clean (and I tear sheets off, flip mattresses to check for bugs or trash) nothing even close found, not so much as a spec of dust. All amenities were working properly, plenty of clean towels and a wonderfully contemporary setting. The view over the river (on that side of the building) is amazing, absolutely worth any upgrade price you may pay. Clean pool and hot tub, staff was very polite and accommodating. The only complaint is the parking which is a safety issue waiting to happen, two way traffic going in and out around the levels barely has enough space in a compact car to pass one another. If you're in anything bigger than a Civic, be prepared to back up, get into the whole "who's going which way" deal. But hey, it's in an urban high rise, that's to be expected I guess.... Hotel is off the main path, so there's not much around in the way of eateries or hang outs, but walk three blocks and you're there. Hardly a large issue unless you're that lazy.
