The Wooten Company is a great company to rent with. Their prices are reasonable & they have a wide variety of choices. One downside to the Wooten Company is all of their properties only have one leasing agent--this makes it difficult to view some of the properties, as the leasing agents were often not in the office (this is why I rated them with only four stars). I will say, though, that their leasing agents are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. If you are looking for housing, I would recommend renting with them.
