3 1/2 years have gone by and this is not settled. ...

3 1/2 years have gone by and this is not settled. I have had to pay over $8,000.00 , to the debt collector, for court costs and attorney fees. and this should never have gone to court in the first place. I have proof of my innocense and the judge did not allow me to show my proof. Please advise me of a loyal attorney who would help me. Thank You
