It is overcrowded during weekends with tourist, domestic worker from Philippines and indonesia... But during weekday it is fine.
The overcrowded due to the domestic worker usually gather to eat and send money to homeland.
The tourist part, because you can choose quite cheap souvenir inside the aircon building.
I go to lucky plaza only to eat indonesian food such as ayam penyet or nasi padang (because i tasted other place and the indonesian food in lucky plaza is quite close to my liking)
