We had a pretty bad experience. We went by there at around noon on a Sunday, but I wouldn't say it was busy. Plenty of empty tables. We ordered the conch fritters, a dip, and fish tacos. The food was excellent. HOWEVER, 30 minutes after ordering the fish tacos the manager comes up and tells us that the fish taco order fell through the cracks, so they took it off the bill, and they had our bill ready for us to leave. Was that some kind of favor to take it off our bill since we never got our order? We said, "no we'll take it to go." So another 10 minutes later the food finally showed up. A total wait of 40 minutes for TWO fish tacos, some rice, avocado, and salsa for a whopping $20. So yes despite the long wait and their screw-up, we still had to pay for the two tacos. The sad part is that the waitress was good (although she should have been tracking the status of our taco order) and the food was great, but the management does not understand customer service. They saved $20 but we won't be going back again. In an area like this, fresh and tasty seafood is widely available and it's customer service that distinguishes the restaurant and brings people back.
