Customer service in general was very good - professional, patient and knowledgeable when I asked questions not directly related to the case.

Quite happy with the time communication as well. E-mailed and updated every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Note, I am not affiliated with Gordon's in any way other than being a customer. I say this because of the startling negative reviews they have had in the past (see below!). However I can only think that they have put right the wrongs.
