Outpatient is a good area. Good staff, thorough, friendly. Three South is just the opposite. Nevermind that the rooms are antiquated, the bathrooms are shared between rooms, and the A/C is pitiful. Many of the nurses simply don't have it together. After my wife's surgery, she did not receive quality care. Something simple as food or pain medication took badgering four or five staff. Maybe there are staffing issues, or maybe hospital procedure is getting in the way. The end result is poor patient care.

The cafeteria is shameful. Lots of soda machines, junk food, fatty and greasy foods at the grill. They're creating their next patients by promoting an atrocious diet for the sake of money.
