I will start off by saying that I have only ever wrote one other review in my entire life so needless to say the service here is exceptional and the reason for my review. I have been coming to Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac since I bought my first truck new in 2008. I had decided at the time of my purchase to have all oil changes, and maintenance done by the dealership as long as I owned the truck. First I was connected with Mike Armstrong as my service advisor before he was promoted into his managerial position in the service department. Mike was outstanding and addressed any and all questions and needs I had every time I was there. I remember at the time walking into his boss's office and letting him know how well Mike was doing and how appreciative I was to be able to work with him. Once Mike received his promotion I was assigned Doug Ritchey at my service advisor. I was skeptical on any change in service advisors because I had been so happy with the job Mike had done. It took maybe one time dealing with Doug to know that there would be no lack of service in the transition. I thought to myself the other day that I wish that everyone in the business world had the ambition, patience, and passion for what they do that Doug and Mike have proved to me they have time and time again. I wish customer service meant to everyone what it does to these two individuals. When I go in to have anything addressed on my truck in the service department I feel not only appreciated but that i am being welcomed by old friends. I have told all my friends, family and colleagues that I will only be purchasing not only Chevy's but but Chevy's from Paradise in Temecula just to be able to continue to receive the same level of service and professionalism that I have since day one in the service department. It truly brings me no benefit whatsoever to be writing this review other that the fact that I can say I have done my part in ensuring that these individuals receive the recognition that they deserve. I want to publicly thank them not only for their honest and understanding customer service but for treating me with respect and becoming someone I am proud to call my friends.
