Rainbow's End may be a park, but it is not a "theme park". It is expensive, lacking in rides and identity, antiquated, dirty and excruciatingly boring. It is truly sad that Kiwi children think that this place defines theme parks here in the country. After existing for nearly 40 years, you would expect the place to finally understand what a theme park is, but I guess we need the place to be a disappointment, just like our education system. It seems our kids are doomed to have a bad time no matter where they are.

Do you have the money to visit Fun's End? Save up a little more, fly to Gold Coast and go show the kids real theme parks.
