Great furniture to purchase and Todd the owner has always been great to work with. I did purchase a dresser for the bedroom. There was minor damage to the unit in the back, and while someone was suppose to follow up, they did start the process but the person who was supposed to come out, never scheduled a time to do so. I have been busy, but it's been about 2 months and I haven't heard from that repair person, and so I was just going to forget about it. I believe I didn't get the service or follow thru I should have received and it would be good if they contacted.
Update: Problem solved and I am very happy as normally with Norwood!
