This was easily the worst customer service my family has experienced. We took my car here because it had a seal leak and oil was leaking out. we payed them to inspect my car and they told us it was 100% ready to go and had no problems. so we get my car home after a week of being in their shop and it s still leaking from the same place, infact my bottom of my car was SOAKED in oil. so we take my car back and they give us two new problems with it, after they said t was like a brand new car during the inspection. so how did it get 2 new problems from sitting in their shop? we took it back thinking they would fix what they were supposed to do the first time but instead they charged us another $800 to do the same work they were originally supposed to do. they had my car for over two weeks. please save your money and don t take your car here. they saw i was a young girl and tried taking advantage and wrack up a huge bill with me. I m NOT impressed and i ve contacted Chev Head office about this. i have only put on 6000 KM since buying this car from SMP and it is already giving me problems. i was 1000 KM over my warranty and they basically said too bad. Customer service was awful at the front desk, didn t know where our files were, super unprofessional and unorganized. They also told me they washed my car, which they didn t touch lol. Never coming here again.

They also advertise they give free inspections when you buy a car from them. never got my free inspection had to pay $130 Lol. And promised me a car detailing and a full tank of gas... did i ever see that? nope. super unprofessional work place.
