Its lucky it's got a 1 star.. it should be minus.....

Its lucky it's got a 1 star.. it should be minus... they sent my ticket to the wrong address.. then say that I have ignored my ticket in October 2019. First I hear about my ticket is april 20.. now its with a debt collector.. through no fault of my own.. i couldn't even get my leagal right to appeal as u have never had the pcn. And they have admitted liability..
