1 time I came for an interview for help desk profi...

1 time I came for an interview for help desk profile and who was interviewer given me a scenario.... Suppose same ( make & model) network device installed in differen-different sites and same time same issue occurred in all device than it would be Incident and Problem?
My answer was incident, they rejected me.

Worst interview experience.
