My wife and I hadn't considered a planner until we realized it would be a good idea considering we had 3 events that required coordination across 3 different venues and over a dozen vendors. We were referred to Rikki and enjoyed the initial pleasantries and working with her on what we were looking for and aligning on what she offered.

Then came our initial full-details meeting and at the end of it we knew we had chosen the right person. I recall specifically during that meeting at times where Rikki requested something I thought "okay I can send that to you later" Rikki said "no I need it now" and that reassured me that this is the person you want with you during one of the biggest and most hectic times of your life.

What followed was a month of Rikki attending multiple meetings with our vendors to ensure they were all familiar with her and reaffirmed that she would be their point of contact for the Wedding weekend. She ensured the contracts we had with our vendors were accurate and that there would be no surprises the day of. Rikki never made us feel rushed during any of our meetings and ensured we walked away from all of them feeling completely comfortable and clear on what had been discussed. She offered multiple times to take on communicating and planning with the vendors directly on even the most minute details as to alleviate as much off us as possible.

While initially we had only planned to use Rikki for Event Planning services, we then also decided to use her for the Bridal Bouquet as part of her Floral service offerings. The bridal bouquet was custom made and was absolutely perfect.

While typically family and friends after the Wedding compliment venue, decor, food, music, etc...both my Wife and I had multiple family members tell us how amazing Rikki was in answering their own questions and assisting them on coordinating special requests they may have had. She was extremely patient with them and this was a sentiment communicated by multiple vendors as well.

We would recommend Rikki again and again to anyone looking for Event or Floral services. There's no one else we would have rather had by our side for our Wedding.
