Back in February, my Grandma asked me if I could help her go over some mail she was receiving related to her insurance. Apparently she had to pick something since she was about to turn 65 at the end of the month. The amount of stuff she received from all these different companies was really confusing and hard to understand.

Luckily Erika spoke Spanish and was able to help my grandma pick a plan! She was very thorough at explaining what each plan offered what what option would worked best for her situation.

If anyone that has parents or grandparents that have questions about Medicare in their preferred language, give them a call. They have great customer service and it didn't cost me or abuelita a dime for the appointment!!!
