I called to get Jet's pizza delivered and was told...

I called to get Jet's pizza delivered and was told they don't deliver where I live. It is only 4.0 miles. They are the closest Jet's to us. Why won't they deliver to us? I'm confused. I've seen cars delivering in our neighborhood before. What's this about?
