We have bought and sold several houses in the past and it hasn t always been a great experience. Several months ago we saw a house in Glenwood Farms that we liked and decided to look at. We called the Stiller Group to look at the new house and within an hour Jessica showed up and took us on a tour. She was very knowledgeable and gave us not only a great tour, but everything we needed to make the final decision to buy this new house and list the home we were living in. In a matter of a few weeks we were in our new home. The Stiller Group and the groups they work with made the whole process seem simple. The second part of the process was selling our current home. Troy came to the house and made several suggestions on what we needed to do to get the quickest sale and at the best price. After we made a few updates, Troy put his sign in the yard and did a virtual walkthrough on the internet. That day we had 10 showings and 4 offers. Unbelievable! Hopefully this was our last move, but if not, I know who we re going to call.
