I've had my 2014 ILX for about 4 months now, and I will say I absolutely love the car! The people at Sterling McCall are pretty easy to work with - no real run-around and overall straightforward with the process and paperwork. I have no complaints with the buying process at all! This was my first time buying a new car, and it was MUCH easier than I had expected - I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted, negotiations were simple, and I qualified for the promotional offer/rate that I asked about(without them trying to give me any run-around on that, either), plus they offered me an appropriate amount for my trade in (which was a quite old car, though). Continuing customer service has been great so far, as well. I worked with Adrian - would definitely recommend. :)
