I'm so disappointed with this product I got the platinum blonde extensions within a month they were dry, frizzy, and out of control. The extentions looked totally fake and turned into a rat's nest. My salon stylist said they were the worst extentions he's ever seen, extremely over processed. They're customer service is even WORSE Brittini could care less she sold me a terrible product. Could care less I spent $250 on hair extentions I used for less than a month. I URGE people not to buy this product and go with another brand. They fooled me I hope they dont fool anyone else. Needless to say I will never buy ANYTHING from this company again.
