NYBC is a Mexican restaurant catered to please the Indian palate while retaining its traditional charm with Tex-Mex cuisine that is fresh, healthy and made with natural ingredients with absolutely no sign of preservatives. It works on the concept of QSR.
NYBC is 100% vegetarian, in house and authentic. They dish out some authentic and freshly Burritos, Mexican Bowls, Tacos, Quesadillas & a lot more for a delicious meal!
What we were served: Nachos, Paneer Burrito, Tacos, Hibiscus Mint Lemonade, Dragon Fruit Lemonade and Tex Mex Bowl
Nachos: An easy meal that will be on the table in less than 15 minutes. See their salsa to go with it and you'll have a new favourite. This one, easy nachos, is quick and delicious.
Paneer Burrito: Straight from the kitchens of mexico, burrito is the first thing that comes to our mind when we think of international wraps. The combination of paneer, refried beans and veggies makes this traditional wrap truly irresistible.
Tacos: Tacos are one of my favorite creations. Endless combinations of ingredients to create different flavors and textures all into one incredible bite.
Hibiscus Mint Lemonade: This drink combines mint lemonade with mint hibiscus tea. The resulting drink is sweet, sour, floral and herbal. Quench your thirst with a modernized lemonade that uses the power of hibiscus tea to cool down the body and improve your ability to fight disease!
Dragon Fruit Lemonade: A bit bland to taste due to its inherent flavor
Tex Mex Bowl: Tex-Mex Rice Bowl is your answer to a quick & easy one-dish meal for those busy weeknights. A dish of precooked brown rice gives a head-start to. This one is a chock full of everything you love in a good burrito, but in a bowl. Sauces, soft rice, the fixings.
In a nutshell, If you love Mexican cuisine and want some of its magic, hit this place up. We re sure you won t be disappointed.
