My family and I went to to "Nightmare on the Gorge...

My family and I went to to "Nightmare on the Gorge" at Ace this weekend and had a fantastic time. Even the walk up was creepy. But I have to say the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly to begin with, but as I was walking out I looked at my phone and happened to see the notification from my bank of my ticket purchase and I had been over charged. I went to the welcome center, the lady at the ticket counter had realized her mistake soon after we walked toward the haunted houses and she couldn't find us to fix it, but they were ready to make it right as soon as we got there. Loved the event, but the service was even better.
