Matthews Hargreaves sent me to Suburban Dodge to evaluate and repair the heater in my 2009 Dodge Journey (which I bought from MH in June). George Toubassi, Assistant Service Manager, couldn't have been more thorough, accommodating or helpful. The customer service is top notch providing comfortable customer lounge area stocked with coffee (regular & decaf), pastries, popcorn, potato chips, computers -- as impressive as staying at a top notch hotel. Even though I received a coupon book from Matthews Hargreaves offering discounts on service, I've returned to Suburban for service and will continue to choose and trust them to care for my car.
