What terrible communication! I wasn't even able to use these folks for my tile, hardwood, and coutertop needs because they never showed up for their appointment. When I called to verify if they were going to be late or needed to reschedule, I was sent to a voicemail. I called back, spoke with an interior designer who answered the phone and was reassured they would 'call me right back'. No call was received. An hour later, I called back and got a voice message that they were closed for the day. The next morning I was sure someone was going to call me back. At 12:30pm when no one had called, I called back to speak with a manager. He assured me someone would call me back. Still, no call. I wouldn't want someone to complete work on my house that can't show up for scheduled appointments and give a simple phone call back x3. Very dissapointed potential customer.
