We went on the crater/turtle town tour. Unfortunately, due to weather, we couldn't go to the crater, which was the whole reason we booked the $200 (for 2) trip. The two spots we went to weren't any better than the snorkeling we did off the beach by our resort. The Continental "breakfast" was a little fruit and a small muffin. Warm shower was nice. I don't know about the gear, as we brought our own.

Lunch was mediocre, as they ran out of pasta salad and veggies before we got through the line (seriously?!) and there was still quite a few people after us. All we ended up with was a medium sized cold burger. The trip was CROWDED, even for "off" season. The only thing that kept us from being totally annoyed was the open bar. DO NOTE... The open bar is only open the last hour of the trip.. though we were able to each get 3 beers but drinking semi quickly.

Would it have been worth it if we had gone to the crater? Maybe... We still haven't been there to tell.... But I feel like if we come back someday to try the crater again, we'll pick another boat.
