My husband id 72 years old and has bought many vehicles during his lifetime, but this was the most pleasant experience he can remember. The Sales manager, Kevin Smith quoted a very fair trade-in offer on our trade-in, which they honored exactly as discussed, even though sight unseen. We drove over four hours to purchase the vehicle, because it was the best deal within 200 miles. We arrived after closing in the evening, due to bad road conditions - and the Sales manager, finance manager and salesman all stayed after closing more than two hours to be sure all details were completed satisfactorily. When we arrived the vehicle was exactly as described - all detailed with new floor mats, new tires, a fresh oil change, a full tank of gas and new spark plugs installed as we had requested. Then as we completed the financing, the salesman, Julian London, transferred all of our items from our trade-in to the new vehicle - and even remembered our I-Pass attached to the inside of the windshield, which I would never have thought of. They then provided us with a hat, pen, hitch plug and keychain, including changing our key rings over. They could not have been more polite and courteous, both during negotiation for the sale and after the purchase. The used vehicle we bought looked like new and drove like new- and had additional features we were unaware of including back-up camera and power fold down third row seats. Julian then even checked back in the morning to be sure that our trip home went OK and has since followed up to be sure that we are completely satisfied - 5+ Stars!!! Buying from this dealership is well worth the drive...
