Very disappointed to say the very least!

Very disappointed to say the very least!
Went in for an oil change 2 hours latter I get a bill for $270 , got into my vehicle to leave and on my DIC the oil reset like was still on, said that they wouldn't shut it off because I need to do my A service.. I showed them a bill from Perfromance imports showing all the work was done, just not the oil service.. I wanted fresh oil after my drive from Connecticut to Fl..
They flat out refused, said I had to do it over again because they didn't do it.. They wanted another $500..
The service mgr refused to see me and address my concern!!
