If I could give you a 0 I would!! They took us to court and claimed for all this stuff that was already wrong with the house before we moved in and for curtain and then took them down painted the outside the walls were already badly chipped and the house was already badly maintained as when i walked through it the lady had she was there for 11 years and her kids had already marked chipped pulled down the walls. They took our bond and we also paid what was owing. Months later we got a phone call there insurance company stating we still owed what was owing as they took the bond so the insurance paid them out again. So went to the courts paid for the papers that said what we had to pay sent that through with our bank statements saying we had already pay them. Isn't that some kind of fraud or double dipping??? Also Every time I have tried to ring this real estate they are busy or they will ring you back havnt heard back!! Be careful don't get ripped off like we did!!

Judge gave that bond over to Nicole from house smart when we were at court and we paid what was owing also have bank statements and the court papers If you would like a copy as your insurances company got one when they rang us as house smart put a claim in for $1,520. There was only $365.78 owing as house smart had taken the bond. Also have witnesses that lived across the road from that place and when the real estate got someone to paint the outside of the house they wanted us to pay that also. Never will we be renting through this real estate again!
