The initial set of equipment for our new business came in severely damaged. The replacement was reasonably smooth, but the assembly of that second set not so much. Myself, an Engineer, plus a Licensed Plumber and a General Contractor could not follow the manual at all - it left us completely clueless. After a long phone conversation we discovered that It may or may not be a mislabeled RO filter, but what the heck, it's just our livelihood at stake now. We may have to send this mess back and try someone else.
