I needed buy a pork belly for a porchetta. Every store I went to had pork belly with no skin so I call this place and they said that they would have it for me tomorrow. I arrived and it was there as they said. I asked a question about how to prepare a porchetta they pointed me to a pork loin which was very beautiful and they told me how to cut it in order to have it fit the belly I bought both items plus andoulli sausage just because and everything was reasonable. They were very helpful they brought everything to the car I didn't have to lift a thing. I will be going back. These people were absolutely wonderful.
