I was traveling from NC to CA when I had a tire blow out and front wheel bearings needing to be fixed. The good people here brought me right in and had the bike on the lift within 10 minutes of me arriving. The staff was professional and friendly. The lounge is very comfortable to relax in while waiting. The entire staff was so friendly and it seemed like they all genuinely enjoyed working there. Shawn in the service office was courdious and professional as well as down to earth and a really nice guy. Overall probably the best HD ive ever visited.
