So friendly and professional and expertise that can't be matched. I came here the first time to get my shinola watch battery changed and now stop in for unique gifts.

UPDATE:. A couple months after they changed my watch battery my watch stopped keeping time. I brought it in to see if it was accidentally an old battery or something. They claimed that something mysteriously had happened to my watch and it's now being sent to shinola for service. In the future I will just send it to Detroit. Wouldnt trust this place of my life depended on it.
