Horrible product and customer service. I ordered about $100 worth of their face masks (I am a teacher and am desperate to find adequate protection while I am up close teaching teenagers all day), and I opened a pack for me and the children's 4-pack that I ordered for my daughter. We tried them on and hated them...they were enormous and flopped around everywhere, would not stay on, etc. The instructions also say to wear with the "shiny side" towards your face/mouth, but there is zero visual difference between the two sides, so who even knows if you are wearing them correctly?! I contacted Marena to return the unopened packs and they won't allow me to. THE REMAINING MASKS ARE STILL FACTORY SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND I AM BEING TOLD "NO." Do not order anything from this company...you will regret it! I wish I had paid more attention to all the other negative reviews listed here. They are true. So frustrating!
