Went to get covid testing. Getting into the correct place/line was pretty clear snd non confusing. The process took way longer than expected. So expect to be there 1 hour. The technician who swabbed my nose gave me a headache as she tried to swab all the way to my brain. After letting her know how uncomfortable i was she still would not let up. Smh.... BRUTAL
