Although I had to cancel (I think it was my fault) Peter was very, very helpful in trying to resolve my reservation issues. I only wish that they were able to book a flight that I had found that was cheaper than their quote and thus would've bought the ticket through FN. But all in all, I intend on using them again for my trip to Honolulu in December.
