TLDR: bad information, bad front desk staff, bad management, greedy doctors, never coming back and neither should you.

My husband has had nothing but frustration and misinformation from this office. He gave them all his information (insurance and such) up front as asked, was told multiple times that his scheduled visit would be a standard (read that free under insurance) office visit. AFTER the visit, he was billed $300 because the visit was coded as a procedure even though that was NOT what he was told and NOT what he agreed to. Additionally, if this visit WAS meant to be a procedure, the wrong room and equipment were used, which would explain his slow heal time and large, bumpy scar from what should have been a simple process, and was explained to be nothing more than what was covered under - again - a standard office visit.
When this was brought to the attention of the office staff, we never got a call back. We called multiple times to try to resolve the issue, talking to desk staff, never receiving return calls and always getting promises of manager involvement with no resolution. When we finally contacted the manager directly, she refused to even consider that her staff had done anything wrong at any time, and insisted the surprise bill of $300 would have to be paid. Do not waste your time or money here. They will mess up your appointments, the doctors will trick you into getting expensive treatments and the office will back them 100%.
