I needed to find out what was wrong with my scooter, so we called in to see if we could get an estimate of what was wrong and how much it would cost. We brought the scooter in and were assured we wouldn't be charged. They gave us an estimate first of how much it would cost to fix it based off of what is typically wrong with other scooters. We were assured they wouldn't charge us for these things since they hadn't looked at it yet. After they checked it out, they called us to let us know the cost, which was different from the original estimate. After a second call they also told us that buying a new part would be cheaper than having them work on it and changed the price they had given us from the first call, sowe decided to not have them do anything and just pick it up. Then they decided to charge us $49.99when we came to get it.
