I recently rented my home after using RentPrep to conduct my background screening and credit reports. I live in another country now, so it would have been very difficult for me to make calls to verify employment and rental history. Additionally, you can order a full credit history with Transunion SmartMove (another product through RentPrep) that gives more than just a pass/fail credit report. I used this to better understand my prospective tenant s financial situation. I would definitely use RentPrep again.
