Robert was without question the best salesman I have ever experienced. And I ve had to drudge through many a salesman, I ll tell you that. He puts most to shame. From the first question I asked about the Q5 I wanted to setting off to pick up daughter, he was there every step of the way. Friendly, courteous, respectful of my time, knowledgeable about the cars, and gave plenty of useful advice. The finance department was friendly and helpful too. I am coming here for my next car, I can already happily discern that. Thank you Robert and Oscar in finance. I actually enjoyed myself at a car dealership for once. And my new Audi... oh baby!
