I used to have a great credit card company but Jason told me that Sundance would save me a bunch of money so I swapped. The credit card machine would never work. I literally spent over 12 hours over the course of a week on the phone with their technical support. Nobody knew how to work the machine. I had to cancel and get a new company. Jason told me there would be no further charges. I am still being charged $50 per month right out of my bank account. When I called the retention department I was told Jason didn't work there anymore. If I cancel my service, they will automatically draft $495 out of my account. This is so unfair! You couldn't process credit cards... why am I being punished???

Edit: 5/20/19

I was called by Amber, who is in the merchant relations department. She was very friendly. I can tell she actually cared about my problem. She quickly closed our account without fees. I blame most of the issues on the machine itself, not the personnel. There are good people working for them, despite what many reviews say, but unfortunately I didn't find Amber until it was too late.
