We had a family dinner at the Ettamogah tonight and it simply went from one issue to the next. Admittedly we were a large group, however ordered on different buzzers at around the same time. It took over an hour to receive our meals on the first buzzer, and one meal was missing. By the time that meal arrived everyone else (on the same buzzer) had finished their meals. Similar happened on the second lot of meals. Unfortunately the final buzzer, with three meals on it never came. After 2 hours of waiting we were told that they hadn't even started cooking them yet. Obviously at this point we requested refunds and the Ettamogah's apology came in the form of a lunch voucher for two, even though there were 3 people who didn't get meals, and the whole table was affected by the delays.

Overall incredibly poor service. One of the salads needed to be sent back as it was almost inedible. Staff were yelling at each other in the kitchen and for the most part had no idea what was going on. Won't be going back.
