I made a tentative appoint with a rep. then was hospitalized with a serious condition, and today was my first day home briefly before going back to re-hab; Thus not receiving any communication, e-mail, phone calls etc. When I returned to my apartment building one of your reps was in the hallway shouting at me as a "nasty person" for ignoring your reps attempts to reach me. I thought he might be dangerous so my health care provider and I rushed to the elevator to get to my apartment as quickly as possible. Naturally, I have no idea of using your services for my burial at sea.
