We arrived at 23h tired of traveling. The service was super slow, the attendants got tangled up several times. One had to help the other, extending our waiting time. I made a list by hand with the guests of each card, and the type of accommodation (double, triple) even so they were unable to fit close together, we were each on one floor. And in the case of rooms with couples, they put us in a room with 3 single beds. So far I didn't understand, but the tiredness was so much that we put the beds together
